F1 2026 calendar in Finnish time

Every session of the 2026 season — 23 rounds and 115 sessions — with start times in Finnish time and the circuit's own clock in brackets. Six weekends run the sprint format. Every session is live on Viaplay in Finland.

Finland changes clocks on 25 October, so the last five rounds are listed in EET rather than EEST. The United States Grand Prix falls across the change itself, and is labelled session by session.

11 rounds still to run. Each block lists that weekend's sessions in order, Finnish time first. Sprint weekends are marked, because the running order changes and so does what counts.

Two things move a Formula 1 timetable after publication: daylight-saving changes and promoter adjustments. This page is regenerated from the source timetable rather than hand-edited, so a change lands here on its own.

The Six Sprint Weekends

Six rounds of the 2026 season use the sprint format: Chinese GP, Miami GP, Canadian GP, British GP, Dutch GP, Singapore GP. On those weekends there is one practice session instead of three, a Sprint Shootout on Friday, and a Sprint on Saturday before qualifying.

The practical difference is that three sessions pay out rather than two, which matters if you play F1 Fantasy — the scoring guide covers what each session is worth and why a team set on Sunday morning has already lost most of the weekend.

Sprint rounds are also the ones worth planning around. A standard Formula 1 weekend has one session that matters on Saturday. A sprint weekend has two, and both of them pay Formula 1 Fantasy points before Sunday. That is the single biggest difference between a sprint Formula 1 weekend and a normal one.

Six of twenty-three rounds is more than a quarter of the season, so the sprint format is no longer an experiment.

One quirk: the Bahrain Grand Prix runs at Sepang in Malaysia, so the flag beside it is Malaysian. One broadcaster still shows a Bahrain flag there.

Where To Watch F1 In Finland

Viaplay holds the Finnish broadcast rights and has them through 2029. Every practice session, qualifying session, Sprint and Grand Prix is live on the Viaplay streaming service and on Viaplay's pay-TV channels in Finland. F1 TV is also available as a subscription in the Finnish market.

All three are paid services — there is no free-to-air Grand Prix coverage in Finland this season. Times on this page are Finnish time, so they match the broadcast schedule without conversion. Two calendars ranking above this one belong to broadcasters, and both attach their own channel to every row. Useful in Britain. No use in Finland.
